About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, including servers and clients. You will also provide support and training to our users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, configure, and manage our IT systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and system problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide user consultation and support to ensure our users have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure that our systems are properly understood and maintained.
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or relevant professional experience with demonstrable technical and practical knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office standard software.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS server environments, including server, exchange, SQL server, etc.
  • Structured, responsible, reliable, and independent work style.
  • Driver's license class B.
