Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing skilled nursing care and supervision to clients in their homes
  • Conducting initial face-to-face assessments of clients to determine their nursing needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of home health aides and other caregivers
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Reporting changes in client condition to supervisors and healthcare providers
  • Providing education and training to caregivers on proper care and treatment techniques
Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on care and case management to clients
  • Conducting regular assessments of client needs and revising care plans as necessary
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of caregivers
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete care plans
  • Providing education and training to caregivers on proper care and treatment techniques
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Georgia
  • At least 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
