El Camino Hospital is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and seeks a skilled Medical Echocardiographer to join our team.

As a Medical Echocardiographer, you will apply the principles of assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying patient imaging care as an active, continuous process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic medical sonography and experience performing adult transthoracic, transesophageal, or adult stress echocardiograms.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $33 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Assess and plan patient care to ensure high-quality imaging results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiac Sonography Program accredited by CAAHEP
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in Adult Echocardiography (AE) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
  • 1 year of experience in acute care hospital setting preferred

Working Conditions:

Medium Work - Requires standing the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
