Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by conducting regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals, and identifying infestations or conditions conducive to infestations
  2. Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, ensuring a positive experience
  3. Maintain accurate and organized service records, adhering to Company policies and regulations
  4. Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle, keeping it clean and in good working order
  5. Manage inventory, equipment, and chemicals, reporting restocks to the branch as needed
  6. Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer service records
  7. Commit to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old, possess an active driver's license, and have a valid MVR
  • Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
  • Be willing to work Monday-Saturday and some holidays
  • Earn and maintain state required training and licensing
  • Prior experience in the pest control industry is preferred but not necessary
