About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exercise instruction and patient education to patients in their homes
  • Assist patients with active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and gait training
  • Observe and record patient progress, making recommendations for changes in treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
  • 1 year of experience as a licensed PTA
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
