Role Overview:
The Environmental Sustainability Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing sustainability initiatives within the organization. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders across various sectors to implement effective green strategies and decarbonization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Coordination:** Oversee and manage sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
2. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners to foster collaboration and drive sustainability initiatives.
3. **Financial Oversight:** Monitor project budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
4. **Research & Development:** Lead R&D efforts for sustainability projects, particularly those funded by European initiatives.
5. **Industry Awareness:** Stay informed about trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability, particularly in climate finance and ESG principles.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sustainability consulting or related fields.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English, with additional languages being advantageous.

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
