Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Greeter/Counter Desk Associate at Bowlero Corp. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the waitlist, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and inviting service to guests in person and over the phone
  • Manage the waitlist and track availability
  • Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment as needed
  • Prepare for leagues and events
  • Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
  • Notify mechanics of any pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
  • Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
