We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our telecommunications infrastructure team at Age Solutions. As the Inside/Outside Plant Manager, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and expansion of our inside and outside plant infrastructure within secure environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing inside and outside plant operations. An active TS/SCI Clearance is required, along with an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification and proof of current OSP Confined Space Training or the ability to attain such training.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of inside and outside plant infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of inside and outside plant facilities, including cabling systems, fiber optics, and related infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and upgrade of plant facilities to meet growing organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and safety protocols, particularly in confined space operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to facilitate plant-related projects and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant infrastructure, modifications, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in managing inside and outside plant operations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, life insurance, 401(k) match, and more.
