About the Job:

The Front Desk Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for guests at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge properties, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.

Main Duties:
  • Demonstrates a professional and welcoming demeanor, interacting effectively with guests and ensuring seamless check-in processes.
  • Handles guest requests, including room reservations, payments, and lodging receipts, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Trained to complete overnight shifts and fill gaps due to staff absences or vacations.
  • Communicates with colleagues and management regarding operational matters, guest concerns, or critical incidents.
  • Responsible for reconciling daily transactions, maintaining financial accuracy, and delivering excellent guest service.
  • Issues room keys or cards, transmits/receives messages, and keeps accurate records of occupied rooms and guest accounts.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of office clerical experience demonstrating proficiency in clerical tasks.
  • Progressively responsible experience related to the position, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • A valid state driver's license for potential travel to other facilities.
Salary Range:

$52,000 - $72,000 annually, based on location and experience.
