Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, as well as strategies for maintaining independence.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
