Job Summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to oversee the daily execution of our clinical program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Director, managing client engagement and morale, and ensuring impeccable client documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Client Support: Manage client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
  • Documentation: Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
  • Utilization Review: Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients.
  • Licensure: Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role.
  • Recovery: If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
  • Skills: Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
