Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Select Medical Corporation. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work one-on-one with children in their homes and in our clinic, providing individualized support and guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior, using principles of Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Behavioral Analysis preferred
• Pediatric experience and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $18/hour
• Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends required
