Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees.
  • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval.

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Meticulous attention to detail – ability to spot errors and work with complex & detailed, highly confidential information.
  • Flexibility in a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones.
  • High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage a number of conflicting priorities.
  • Exposure to federal and state labor laws.
