Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Velociti Services. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations, focusing on standard custodial and janitorial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules to ensure compliance and quality service.
  • Take direction and respond to supervision to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
  • Fulfill staff shortages and support shift leads in completing punch-list items to ensure seamless operations.
  • Use proper personal protective equipment to prevent injuries and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct to reflect positively on Velociti Services.
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction to provide exceptional service and build customer loyalty.
  • Understand reporting systems and the environment to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Instill trust with customers and colleagues through reliable and efficient service.
Key Accountabilities
  • Vacuuming and edging to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Dusting and cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms to ensure a hygienic and comfortable space.
  • Window cleaning and emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to ensure flexibility and adaptability.

  • Understanding the importance of safety and complying with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Being a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
