Renhill Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team in Perrysburg, OH. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to assemble products and product parts to established blueprint and engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Remove defective pieces and ensure all products meet quality standards
• Operate grinding machinery and CNC mill equipment to smooth or polish the surface of products
• Set up and operate surface grinder machines to make precision parts to print
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with setup and operation of surface grinders, with the ability to hold close tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
