About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your role will involve handling cash transactions, processing purchases, and answering customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Handle cash transactions, process purchases, and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure products are presented in an attractive and appealing way.
