We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Allstar Gaming, Inc. as a key member of our engineering team. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of critical features in existing applications across both frontend and backend.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications using TypeScript, Ruby, and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Own and drive the development of new features and enhancements to our developer portal, APIs, and iframe player.
- Contribute to the development of internal administrative tooling using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality code and prevent regressions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building frontend web applications in React.
- 2+ years of experience building backend applications using TypeScript. Experience building backend applications in Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Significant experience writing automated tests (Jest, Mocha, RSpec, etc). Experience with TDD/BDD is a plus.
- Plus: experience working with GraphQL both on the frontend (Apollo Client) and backend (Apollo Server, TypeGraphQL, graphql-ruby, etc). Bonus points for Apollo Federation experience.
- Competitive base pay range of $140,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
