We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Counselor to join our Adventure-Based Counseling team at Greater Minnesota Family Services. As an Outdoor Counselor, you will work with children and families in an outdoor setting, leading group initiatives and activities, and teaching skills related to chosen activities.

Job Description

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $52,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Job:

You will work closely with lead staff to manage emergency situations and document client progress. You will also be responsible for maintaining required training and participating in quarterly staff meetings.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field and 2000 hours of experience working with children and families under direct clinical supervision. A Master's degree is preferred but not required.
