About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and are skilled at organizing and maintaining retail displays.

You will be responsible for showcasing Hallmark products within various retail stores, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory levels.

Collaborate with local store teams to achieve business objectives and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service and maintain Hallmark departments in assigned retail stores, utilizing provided mobile technology to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys.
  2. Support holiday demand by working extended hours during peak periods, including occasional weekend shifts.
  3. Participate in department resets and installations, potentially involving evenings or weekends with two-weeks' notice.
  4. Contribute to one-team vision initiatives, supporting additional work and installation efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
  • Familiarity with hand-held technology and internet connectivity.
