Your responsibilities will include inspecting work areas and equipment, documenting safety inspections, and maintaining safety equipment supply and availability. You'll also assist in applying safety policies and procedures, and in employee safety training. Additionally, you may assist with aspects of hazardous material programs, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. To be successful in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, and a foundational understanding of company, state, and federal safety policies and regulations. You'll also need to be able to train others in correct use of safety equipment, and have developing skills in the operation of a variety of lab equipment, generators, pumps, gauges, and other common tools. **Key Responsibilities:**
