Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Quality Inn & Suites I-70 Greenfield. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain corridors, elevators, guest areas, service areas, and linen closets.
  • Fulfill chemical dispensers for the Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist Room Attendants as needed.
  • Operate and maintain Housekeeping equipment, including carpet care and floor surfaces.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Stock linen closets and housekeeping carts.
  • Perform laundry functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Knowledge of Housekeeping equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time and part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $13.50. The successful candidate will be required to wear a uniform and maintain a neat and clean appearance.
