Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to drive manufacturing excellence
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Ensure the manufacturing execution system is aligned with the needs of manufacturing operations
  • Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience with project management
