We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. As a Registered Nurse on our ICU team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients on an assigned unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and analyze the health status of patients in assigned nursing unit in a comprehensive manner.
- Perform and/or assure completed assessments on all patients admitted within the designated time.
- Direct, implement and coordinate patient care activities on assigned unit to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Communicate the plan of care to other members of the healthcare team through daily worksheet conferences and verbally during the shift.
- Provide patient education based on assessed needs and evaluate understanding.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing;
- Must have at least two years relevant experience;
- Current FL RN License;
- BLS, ACLS and NIHSS.
