We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Custodian to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Lead Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including the Recreation Center and three other buildings.

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance activities of our facilities
• Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
• Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a custodial or maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
