Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and efficient living experience for residents. Key responsibilities include preparing vacant units for occupancy, performing exterior maintenance tasks, and completing service repairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities include: Preparing Vacant Units for Move-in; Performing Exterior Maintenance; Maintaining OSHA Compliance; Participating in Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance; Responding to Resident Requests; Maintaining a Positive Attitude and Appearance; and Communicating Effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industry preferred. A valid driver's license and CPO/EPA certification are highly desirable. Physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 70 pounds and occasional movement of heavier items.
