About the Job
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about fitness and enjoys interacting with people. As a Sales Associate at Orangetheory, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting the OTF concept, and selling memberships. You will also work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout and ensure a positive experience for all members.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You should also be comfortable speaking in front of groups and have basic computer skills.

What to Expect
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and eventually become a Franchisee or Business Owner if desired. You will also participate in marketing and outreach events and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Morning Shifts: Monday- Friday: 4:15am -12:30pm or 5:30am- 1:30pm. Night shifts: Monday-Thursday: 12:30pm-8:00pm, Fridays: 12:30pm-6:45pm. Weekend shifts: Saturday-Sunday: 6:00am- 12:50pm.
