Licensed Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will engage in a collaborative and independent relationship with an interdisciplinary team, focusing on providing exceptional primary care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering comprehensive primary care and health education to residents.
- Conducting medical assessments, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing treatments in conjunction with a licensed physician.
- Working closely with the Medical Director and nursing staff to ensure optimal care coordination.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility in shift length may be required based on operational needs.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position may be non-negotiable. Further details will be communicated via email.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid certification as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and maintain valid CRNP Prescriptive Authority Approval.
- Compliance with Pennsylvania residency requirements.
Legal Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to complete a medical examination and drug screening, as well as submit satisfactory criminal history reports.
