About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafeteria Associate. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions using a Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate customer needs
  • Maintain serving areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
  • Display food products in an appealing manner and maintain the location's appearance
  • Assist with the proper storage, dating, and rotating of stock
  • Prepare portions, assemble, and label food items
  • Clean tables, counters, and kitchen equipment, and sweep and mop floors
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 35lbs+ on a repetitive basis and reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines
  • Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
