Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services to ensure our customers' vehicles are running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify and diagnose problems, and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance services.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance services on vehicles, including tire changes, brake repairs, and other services as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking parts and supplies.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
  • Certifications: ASE certification and state inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
