We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team at Rectangle Health. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the finance case queue and ensuring timely responses.
Key Responsibilities- Track billing changes and maintain accurate records of customer information and received payments.
- Perform support tasks to maintain smooth billing in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve billing issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Issue credits/refunds as needed and assist with billing and billing reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable manager and billing associates on organizational projects and tasks.
- 1-3 years of billing experience preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Experience working with large amounts of data and advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookups) a plus.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
