Mobilelink is a leading wireless retailer with over 500 stores across the country. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall sales and operations of the store, including leading a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a proven track record of sales and leadership experience, and are fluent in English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies
  • Partner with the District Manager to launch new products and services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales management experience
  • Proven track record of sales and leadership experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
