- Emergency Response: Respond to fire alarms and other emergencies, communicating effectively with stakeholders and taking necessary actions to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and guests have access to restricted areas.
- Loss Prevention: Conduct regular inspections to prevent loss and theft, identifying and addressing potential security risks.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate and complete incident reports, documenting all security-related incidents and activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure event experience, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Physical Demands: Requires the ability to move around the facility, grounds, and buildings, standing for long periods of time and operating motor vehicles.
- Environmental Factors: May be exposed to physical confrontations and varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor working conditions.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience and Training: One year of experience in a related field, with training in first aid and CPR preferred but not required.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
