Breakfast Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Porches Inn at MASS MoCA. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a delicious complimentary breakfast.

• Prepare and serve a high-quality breakfast to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, restocking supplies and ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for our hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by our management team, including deep cleaning tasks and inventory management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift 35-40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
