Area Coach

Job Summary:

Pizza Hut is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Coach to join our team. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant managers and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of restaurant managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to restaurant managers to improve their leadership and management skills
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop and implement business plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor performance and provide feedback to restaurant managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant managers, franchisees, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant managers, franchisees, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
