Job Summary
Cleanliness and Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our housekeeping team as a Cleanliness and Guest Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our campground facilities, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As part of our team, you will work closely with our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and provide exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of campground facilities, including public spaces, restrooms, and accommodations.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks according to established schedules.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, responsive, and helpful to all guests' needs.
  • Greet guests with a smile and ensure their stays are comfortable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Possess a passion for customer service and the outdoors.
  • Be able to read product labels and follow safe operating rules.
  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to drive in wet and slippery conditions.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand for long periods of time (up to 80%) and bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb regularly.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year.

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
