Job Summary

Constellis is seeking a highly skilled Firefighter to join our team in Marietta, GA. As a Firefighter, you will be responsible for performing duties consistent with the policies and practices established by the Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations, including fire incidents, medical emergencies, and hazardous materials incidents.
• Operate fire trucks and equipment, including aerial ladders and rescue vehicles.
• Participate in training and drills to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Firefighter I & II certification.
• ARFF certification.
• Driver Operator ARFF certification.
• Driver Operator Pumper certification.
• HAZMAT Technician certification.
• Fire Inspector I certification.
• Confined Space Rescue certification.
• EMT-B certification (State or NREMT).
• Ability to pass annual NFPA 1583 agility test and NFPA 1582 Medical Physical.
• Valid Georgia State driver's license.

Physical Requirements

The Firefighter must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. The position requires full use of both arms, legs, and fingers to perform tasks such as operating equipment and climbing.
