Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to provide 1:1 and classroom support in K-12 schools in Downingtown, PA.

This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. You will work closely with teachers and school staff to support students with mild to moderate cases, helping them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 assistance to students in need of additional support
  • Assist in classroom management and lesson implementation
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success
  • Support students in both academic and social development
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $24.50 per hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children preferred
  • Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff
