Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as visual standards.
- Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
- Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.
- 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position.
- Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
- Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
