Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Collision Center team at Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating repair costs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for repair costs
  • Meet with customers to discuss repair options and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
