The LaSalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Finance Director to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting, developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, leading financial strategy and long-term planning, and communicating financial information to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit accounting and finance, be fluent in Spanish, and have experience with nonprofit-specific accounting software. A CPA or advanced degree in finance/accounting is required, as well as 5+ years of nonprofit finance experience.

This is a hybrid role that will be based in the office, with a budget of up to $100,000. The LaSalle Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
