Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' healthcare needs, stabilize patients as possible, and evaluate those with life-threatening conditions, providing immediate services as indicated.
- Training and Development: Establish and maintain necessary training programs to provide ED and community personnel with the basic skills to intervene in life-threatening situations.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate the availability of follow-up care as provided by the hospital or other community healthcare services.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
