Job Opportunity

Pacific Medical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Patient Collections Specialist to join our team in Tracy, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing payment for services provided to patients and guarantors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients and guarantors to secure payment for services provided.
  • Follow up with patients when credit card payments are declined.
  • Document all calls and actions taken in the appropriate systems.
  • Confirm and update patient and guarantor insurance and demographic information.
  • Establish payment arrangements with patients and guarantors and follow up on all plans implemented.
  • Document patient complaints and disputes and forward them to the appropriate person for follow-up.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.
  • Must type 25-45 words per minute.
Benefits:

  • Sick accrual begins upon date of hire up to a max accrual of 80 hours annually with a max usage of 48 hours annually with a rollover balance.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00.
  • O/T Rate Pay Range: $24.00 to $27.00.
  • Production Bonus: $0 to $750 per month.
  • Profit Bonus: $0 to $1000 per month.
