The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $40.00 - $55.00, depending on experience.

As an HVAC Technician at IsoTalent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by expertly installing and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing new HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Inspecting and maintaining existing systems
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC malfunctions
• Performing emergency repairs efficiently
• Following blueprints and building codes for installations
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
• Delivering exceptional customer service

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role (5+ years of experience)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairs
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
