Responsibilities

">Ensure the availability of clean dishes by collecting all soiled prep tubs, pans, utensils and other cookware. Wash, store, clean, and dry dishes. Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations. Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills. Reliable transportation.
