We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Field Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in adding staff to both our office and in the field for both Nursing and Therapy clinicians. This role is a Monday to Friday position in the Albany, NY area.

Compensation: $20-$25 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor our ATS system to identify qualified candidates
  • Screen candidates for all open positions and work closely with hiring managers to determine departmental needs
  • Inform candidates of the position and address any questions they may have
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and qualified candidates
  • Negotiate salary with candidates and hiring managers
  • Update and create job postings for the agency
  • Run weekly Recruiting reports to track progress

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of Recruiting or Sales experience preferred
  • High energy individual with excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently
