Position Overview

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor will oversee the performance, hardware, and software of both physical and virtual servers that host various applications, as well as manage the daily IT operations at TFS. This role will lead the IT Service Desk and is accountable for its development. The position is salaried and reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations, focusing on server hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage the procurement and replacement of hardware as needed.
  • Oversee the performance of the IT Service Desk, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Assess technology risks to formulate a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
  • Manage both internal and external communications, serving as the primary escalation contact for business-related issues.
  • Ensure the security of TFS systems and data by employing best practices, tools, and security principles.
  • Develop and revise security, operations, and infrastructure policies as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of hands-on technical management experience in IT operations, networking, systems, services, and O365.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in service performance, critical issue resolution, and service level management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with certifications in Office 365, Azure, or AWS.
