**Job Summary**

As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your duties will include rotating and stocking perishable products, packaging and wrapping various cuts, salads, and other products, and assisting in the grinding of fresh burgers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the 18 hour grind policy is followed and assisting in cleaning the cutting room and cooler area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Rotate and stock perishable products to ensure freshness and quality
* Package and wrap various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer demands
* Assist in grinding fresh burgers and ensuring the 18 hour grind policy is followed
* Clean and maintain the cutting room and cooler area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
