Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare outgoing parts shipments and manage incoming parts deliveries
  • Process, package, and label parts orders to adhere to delivery timelines; pick and pack items for service staff
  • Inspect received parts for any damages, verify quantities, and manage back orders
  • Support parts delivery personnel in loading and unloading items while notifying the Parts Manager of low stock levels
  • Retrieve orders based on packing slips, manage core returns, and assist in conducting physical inventory assessments
  • Handle loading and unloading of stock merchandise
  • Organize and maintain parts inventory systematically
  • Facilitate the ordering and shipping of urgent parts to clients

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience or training
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate a forklift
  • Experience with warehouse and material handling equipment is preferred
