Next Move Healthcare is in search of a proficient Radiologic Imaging Specialist to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This full-time role is structured for a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality imaging procedures, upholding imaging standards, and prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
Job Responsibilities:
The selected individual will:
1. Conduct high-quality imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
2. Utilize effective communication techniques to engage with patients, ensuring accurate exams and fostering a positive rapport.
3. Prepare patients and workspaces for procedures, ensuring optimal positioning and safety measures.
4. Comply with safety, infection-control, and radiation policies.
5. Maintain imaging equipment and work areas to meet established quality benchmarks.
6. Ensure thorough documentation and upkeep of medical imaging records.
7. Assist in managing inventory of supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
8. Screen individuals entering the imaging department as per approved guidelines.
