Ultrasound Technologist Job Opportunity

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Elmira, New York.

Job Details
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sonography and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations
  • Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Write reports based upon the scan results
  • Alert medical staff of any abnormalities

Requirements
  • Active certification: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • Current BLS: American Heart Association
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience: Ultrasound Technologist
